Ready to Cook
These meals are fully prepared and ready for your grill or oven. Each meal will serve 4-6 individuals. As we continue to work on our individual meal service we understand that you are still commited to finding healthy options for your busy life! We would like to introduce you to our family size frozen entrees. I personally choose each entree, balancing protein, fat and carbs so that you can simply cook and serve. Each meal comes with a veggie(green beans, broccoli, mixed veggies) starch(rice, mashed potatoes, pasta) and simple cooking instructions so that you have a complete dinner that everyone will enjoy. These meals are prepared to order and frozen so that you can make this week or anytime within 3 months. Stock your freezer and pull out a different dinner each night without running to the store! This makes healthy gourmet a cinch! Some entrees are in a foil pan and go directly into the oven. Other meals are ready for the grill or stove top. The meals will feed 4-6 individuals . You can specify where to deliver to in the Special Request section. Also, Delivery is free with 5 or more meals. These dinners also make a wonderful gift for friends and family.
